From the quiet study to the white-tablecloth dining room, every Cedar Mountain format begins at the same Appalachian source — naturally mineralized, glass bottled, and left uncompromised.
Drawn through a 300-meter Appalachian formation, Cedar Mountain develops its mineral character slowly — shaped by depth, pressure, and stone, not industrial processing.
We draw carefully, bottle at origin, and protect the source for the long term. Cedar Mountain was never built for mass production. It was built to preserve the integrity of a single American spring.
Independently tested in 2025 by a NELAP-accredited laboratory. PFAS, nitrates, and other screened contaminants were reported non-detect. Purity is not our promise. It is our baseline.
Before the Atlantic opened, the Appalachians were already ancient. Cedar Mountain is drawn from mineral-rich Pennsylvania bedrock — naturally filtered over time, pressure, and stone.
