Last updated: 6-04-2026 · Effective: 6-04-2026

The Association Cedar Mountain Water Club ("the Club," "we," "us," "our") is an unincorporated Private Membership Association operating in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Membership is granted by private agreement between the Club and each member. These Terms, together with the Cedar Mountain Water Club PMA Charter and Bylaws, govern your membership.

Contact: Cedar Mountain Water Club PMA, 2481 Norris Brook Rd, Middlebury Center, PA 16935.

1. Membership

Membership is activated by completing enrollment and paying the one-time $10 membership fee. Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or resold. Membership provides access to the Club's natural mineral water and exchange network for personal, household, or business use only.

2. Water & Pricing

Cedar Mountain natural mineral water is provided in 5-gallon bottles. Each bottle — first pickup and every refill-exchange — is $20. Current pricing is posted at cedarmountainbrands.com/waterclub and at partner hubs. Prices may change on reasonable notice.

3. The Bottle

The 5-gallon bottle remains the property of the Club and circulates through the exchange network. Members exchange empty bottles for full ones at partner hubs. A refundable $10 bottle deposit applies to your first bottle and is refunded when you return the bottle in good condition and end your membership. Members are responsible for keeping bottles reasonably clean and undamaged between exchanges. A bottle returned damaged, contaminated, or unusable may incur a $10 replacement fee.

4. Exchange & Pickup

Pick up and exchange bottles at any verified partner hub. Current hubs: 365 Fitness and Wellsboro Equipment. Returned bottles are professionally cleaned and sanitized at high temperature before being refilled and resealed. Current hub locations and hours are posted at:

5. Payment

Membership and water fees are collected in person at partner hubs at the time of pickup or exchange. Under the Association's structure, fees are treated as private member contributions rather than public retail transactions.

6. Member Obligations

Members agree to:

  • Use Club water and benefits for personal, household, or business use only
  • Not resell or distribute Club water to the general public
  • Respect the private nature of the Association and handle bottles responsibly

7. Eligibility

Membership is offered to residents and businesses in or near Tioga County, Pennsylvania. The Club reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application.

8. Private Status & Purpose

The Association operates within the private domain. Membership is granted by private agreement and provides private wellness, hydration, and natural mineral water access to members.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, members hold harmless the Club, its founder, and its affiliates and partners from claims arising out of membership or the use of Club water and bottles, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Club's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve (12) months.

10. Health & Product

Cedar Mountain natural mineral water is bottled at our Tioga County source. Independently tested: pH ~8.0; ~290 mg/L total dissolved solids; PFAS, nitrate, and nitrite non-detect. Our water is not a treatment for any medical condition. Consult a physician for medical advice.

11. Refunds

Membership fees and water fees are non-refundable, except for any refundable bottle deposit described in Section 3.

12. Termination

Membership may be revoked for violation of these Terms or Club policies. You may end your membership at any time; return any deposit-bearing bottle in good condition to receive your deposit.

13. Privacy

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . We use it to administer your membership and to coordinate pickups and refills. We do not sell your information.

14. Governing Documents & Law

These Terms incorporate the Cedar Mountain Water Club PMA Charter and Bylaws. They are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
